Initial Visit to Hartford Eye Physicians
You will be asked to provide detailed information about current and previous eye problems, your general health, medications and allergies.
Your initial exam evaluates your vision, your cornea, iris and lens to determine a course of action if any is needed.
Follow Up visits include further testing, prescription fittings and any necessary procedures.

Appointments an Emergencies We make every effort to schedule appointments at a time and office location that is convenient for you and to see you on time in the office. We appreciate your understanding when occasional emergencies disrupt the schedule. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. Please Email or Call our Offices to schedule an appointment. Please do not include Private information such as social security, medical history or insurance information in your emails.
